Nokia does not yet have a UK operator signed up to stock – and therefore subsidise the price of – the 5800 XpressMusic phone. Orange is understood to be close to a deal but there are wranglings over the handset's bundled Comes With Music service, which offers unlimited downloadable tracks. On November 3, however, rival operator 3 launched Comes With Music on the Nokia N95 so it may be a more obvious partner for the 5800. The basic retail price for the phone (not including Comes With Music) is €279 (£218) if you are that desperate to get your hands on one.
